Professional Process Services does not subcontract. Your collateral is recovered by our employees, utilizing company owned equipment, insured by PPS insurance, and stored in PPS storage facilities. When you give PPS an assignment, PPS recovers your collateral, not a subcontracted tow operator lacking proper training and insurance.

Your assignments are investigated and researched immediately upon receipt. In the event the collateral is not recovered, detailed updates are provided to the client until the account has been resolved.

When we recover the collateral, we bill a reasonable, predetermned, flat rate and that is all!
